Chilled Apple-Ginger Bisque

  • 16oz    apple butter
  • 2oz    fresh ginger-peeled
  • 8oz    plain low fat yogurt
  • 8oz    apple cider
  • 2oz    honey

Blend all together in blender. Serve chilled.
